Our firm was founded in 2010, and manages legal and practical information aspects of employee international mobility for small and medium-sized companies, as well as large international groups.

We are a team of Jurists specialising in international mobility, providing complete and pragmatic answers to impatriation or expatriation questions for businesses of all sizes, whether small, medium large or major corporations. We focus on three areas: labour law, foreigner law and social security law.

We have over 15 years’ experience in the field of international mobility, and assist companies with their immigration, welfare protection; expatriation, secondment and local contract strategies, with choosing immigration procedures and in matters of labour law for foreign employees. We belong to a network of partners that includes tax lawyers specialising in international mobility.

Carine Drouin

Carine Drouin has been a social law Jurist, and international mobility consultant and trainer since 1999. She began her career in Germany with Deutsch-Französisches Personalmanagement. In October 2010, she founded her international mobility consulting and training firm in Lyon, France. Prior to that, she had worked as export manager in Germany with various industrial groups, following expatriation experiences in the United States, Spain and the United Kingdom. She is a graduate of Université Jean Moulin Lyon 3 and of Ecole Supérieur de Traductions et de Relations Internationales de l’Université Catholique de Lyon. She speaks fluent English, French, German and Spanish.

Thaïs COURT

Thaïs COURT is a jurist in international mobility and labor law. She has 3 years of professional experience in international mobility and 2 years in labor law.

Graduated with a License in Private Law, a Master I in Labor Law and a Master II in Social Protection Law from Jean-Moulin Lyon III University, Thaïs joined the firm in November 2023. She can therefore provide you with additional knowledge in social security law, labor law and foreigners’ law to make your international mobility project a success.

Her expertise as a jurist and her appetite for human relations will allow her to support your international projects with particular attention.
